Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BoringHAUS, which operates Illumipost. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Illumipost lets you connect social media accounts, write posts with optional AI help, schedule them, and have them published for you. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account and content
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password safe.
- You own your content. You let us store, process and publish it only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for what you publish and must follow the rules of each network you post to, such as Meta's, X's and LinkedIn's terms.
- AI output is a draft. Review it before you schedule it; nothing AI-generated publishes without your action.
Acceptable use
Don't use Illumipost for spam, harassment, illegal content or impersonation, or to break any network's rules or rate limits. Don't try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If you downgrade, accounts above the new plan's limit are disabled, not deleted, until you upgrade again.
- Some networks charge us per post (for example X), so plans include a monthly allowance for those networks.
- We give 30 days' notice by email before changing prices.
Availability
We work to publish every post on time, but social networks can reject, delay or change posts, revoke access, or change their APIs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service for you with notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
