Disconnect one social account

In Illumipost, open Accounts and choose Disconnect. We delete that account's access tokens immediately.

Delete a workspace or your account in the app

Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone. Choose Delete workspace to delete one workspace with its posts, media and connected accounts, or Delete account to delete your account and every workspace you own.

Remove Illumipost from Facebook, Instagram or Threads

Remove Illumipost in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings under Apps and websites. Meta notifies us, and we automatically delete the tokens and profile data we hold for that account. If you ask Meta to delete your data, you get a confirmation code. Check its status atapp.illumipost.com/data-deletion?code=your code.

Delete everything by email

Email privacy@illumipost.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We delete your workspaces, posts, media and connected accounts within 30 days and confirm by email.
