Frequently asked questions
Can a post publish twice?
No. Each post on each account is claimed once before it's sent, and retries use each network's own duplicate protection where it exists. Where a network gives no such protection (LinkedIn, X), a post whose outcome is unknown is never retried automatically; you're asked to check.
What happens if an account disconnects?
The account is marked as needing reconnection, you get an email, and a banner shows on the calendar. Reconnect it from the Accounts page in one click.
Can my team see the same calendar?
Yes. On Pro and Team, everyone in a workspace shares its calendar. Contributors can submit drafts for approval.
